- B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/MCA with minimum 3 years experience in User Interface, Approval Hierarchies, Learning/Support, Core HR, Talent Management. VBCS, BPM Worklist, OTBI. Desirable: Oracle Global HR Cloud / Talent Management Cloud 2025/2026 Certification.
