Young Professional – Digital Media & Social Media Management	Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication / Digital Media / Journalism / Public Relations. MBA is an added advantage. Minimum 2 years. Social media management, content creation, digital marketing, analytics tools, Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva proficiency. Prior experience with govt./PSU bodies is an added advantage.
Young Professional – Market & Economic Analysis	Graduate degree with MBA (Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Strategy / Finance / Operations / Marketing) OR MA/M.Sc. in Economics / Econometrics / Physical Science / Humanities from a recognized University/Institute Minimum 2 years. Environmental scanning, MIS report preparation, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros desirable), documentation as per PSU/government standards
Young Professional – Digital Marketing, E-Commerce etc.	Bachelor’s degree in New Media Design / Animation / Mass Communication / Digital Media or related field. MBA is an added advantage. Minimum 2 years. Graphic design for digital platforms — Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva ; social media creatives, infographics, banners, brand identity management
Young Professional – Company Secretary	Degree in Commerce + Qualified Company Secretary (CS). MBA preferred. Minimum 2 years. ROC filings, statutory records maintenance, Board Meetings / AGM compliance, Companies Act 2013 compliance

Knowledge of banking/loan products is mandatory. Lead generation, client acquisition, revenue driving, cross-functional team leadership.
Young Professional – Venture Equity Fund Senior Analyst	Chartered Accountant (CA) OR MBA (Finance) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. Minimum 2 years. Fund accounting, treasury operations, private equity fund administration, capital calls/drawdowns, SEBI AIF regulations, RBI guidelines, Income Tax compliance, Excel and financial data management.
